These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ch33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). ch33 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, bingo, and other gaming services to the Bangladesh market.
These Terms apply to the ch33 website, mobile platform, and all related services. Together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the terms of any specific games or promotions, these Terms form a complete legal framework.
ch33 reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any significant changes will be published on the platform, and continued use after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate on the ch33 platform. Participation by minors in any gaming activity is strictly prohibited. We may request necessary documents at any time to verify your age.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Requirements
At the time of registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

- Correct date of birth
- A valid mobile number or email address
- Valid payment method details
If false information is provided, the account will be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.
Note: ch33 reserves the right to reject any application and close any account, particularly if it is determined that the user is violating the platform's rules.
Account Security and Identity Verification
3.1 Password and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. You are liable for all activities carried out using your account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 KYC Verification
To ensure security and maintain the integrity of financial transactions, ch33 may request the following documents:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or other methods)
Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is found, all related accounts will be closed immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the ch33 platform is ৳200. The following methods are currently accepted for deposits:

- Rocket
- Bank Transfer
You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals to a different method.
Warning: Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements of an active bonus have been met. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.
4.3 Transaction Limits
ch33 reserves the right to set or modify transaction limits at any time in the interest of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and security. Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x, meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
Example: If you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a ৳3,000 bonus. To withdraw that ৳3,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, address, or IP address.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.
- The contribution of specific games towards wagering requirements may vary when playing with a bonus.
- ch33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if multiple accounts or fraud are suspected.
- ch33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
5.3 VIP Program
The ch33 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets and gaming activities on the ch33 platform are conducted according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
6.2 Cricket Betting
Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bet amounts will be refunded, subject to applicable rules.
6.3 Technical Errors
If the result of any game is uncertain or incomplete due to a software or network error, ch33 reserves the right to void that transaction. Bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds or bonus displays may be cancelled.
6.4 Liability
ch33 is an entertainment platform. Users are fully aware of the financial losses that may occur through gaming or betting and accept that risk themselves.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds:
- Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
- Placing strategically opposing bets with the intention of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse)
- Operating an account under a false or another person's identity
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems
- Using bots, automated tools, or scripts
- Manipulating game outcomes or participating in match fixing
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Threatening, harassing, or misconduct towards other members
- Spreading false information with the intent of damaging the platform's reputation
ch33 monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by ch33
ch33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
8.2 Self-Closure
You may request account closure at any time through our 24/7 live chat support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure, subject to conditions being met.
8.3 Funds in Suspended Accounts
Whether funds on deposit in an account closed due to rule violations will be returned will be decided by ch33 based on the outcome of an investigation. Funds earned from bonuses and winnings from prohibited activities will always be forfeited.
